Another installment: Barry M Speedy's Full Throttle

The first Barry M Speedy (Pit Stop) went down so well, there just had to be another one to review as I did have quite a splurge in town when I bought these polishes! So next up on the list is Full Throttle, which is a pastel orange colour. This was certainly an impulse decision as it's not a colour I normally go for. But I saw it and needed to have it, surprisingly I don't regret it even when bringing it home or wearing it. If you need evidence follow me...

Back with a bang: Barry M Speedy's Pit Stop

My return was promised fairy recently and now it's been fulfilled as here's a full blown blog post about Barry M's newest collection called Speedy. I was walking around the isles of Superdrug looking for inspiration for my return post, then I saw these newbies on the shelf and decided that's what it'll be about! First I had to choose out of all the lovely colours, which meant not buying them all, so I chose colours I'd normally wear. Pit Stop is a colour that I now where everyday so follow me for all the lowdown on it...

They are currently appearing on Instagram in individual form but they'll also being returning to the proper blog in the near future with all the details. Once again sorry, we'll be seeing each other again very soon...

Return of the Aquarium Collection: Barry M's Persian.

Sadly, it has to be admitted that this little beauty has been in the stash a while yet not appeared on the blog. It's been on Instagram here. Maybe it's just been forgotten under it's sheer brilliance, well here it is now and hopefully it will impress you all. It's Barry M's newest Aquarium Collection release called Persian, the colour is a mix of a deep purple and a bronze/gold when it catches the corner of the eye. This happens a lot, have a sneak through for some more photographs.

November's Polish Party: Autumn/Weather!

Today's post is a return of a favourite that's been rather neglected by Addicted To Nails... recently as other new and sparkly polishes have been placed above the needs of this little monthly link up... That's right, it's the Polish Party! This month's theme is Autumn and the Weather which was planned to be an excuse to try my stamping plate for the first time yet they weren't related at all. Therefore it's the last Barry M Autumn release polish that has not graced the little blog, follow through for more lovely photographs.

Refreshing and Bright: Barry M's Kiwi

Putting this post together has definitely reminded myself of NYC's Peacock as I thought they looked really similar, then looked at the actual post and realised they aren't very similar in colour at all. Maybe loosing my nail polish colour radar! Anyway onto today's polish, it's Barry M's Kiwi as it's been show a few times in some nail art but not by itself. And it should be, so here it is all on it's lonesome:

A Selection of the Very Best Greens!

This is a blog post I thought wouldn't ever happen, yet the stash of nail polishes has grown considerably even the green section. Wondering if there will ever be a best of yellow polishes... Probably not, even I don't love yellow that much. Do you guys have a colour that's not heavily feature in you polish collection? Anyway here's all the green polishes that are loved from the massive polish stash, follow me for more information.

On the Braver Side: Barry M's Mustard.

This polish is just a tad yellow, this set-up definitely shows it to it's best. Surprisingly this polish was one that was picked up due to the fact that there was a 3 for 2 offer in boots and wanted to try something different. Actually putting it on the nails was put off time and time again, then when it was actually done - it's impressed! Somehow it looks okay with my skin tone for once... find some more reassuring photographs below:

Perfect Pinks.

It's going to be a totally pink post today, so very typically girly which isn't normal. But it needed to be done seeing as there's been Top Picks posts for nearly every other colour in the massive stash, I wouldn't want to deprive you guys of your pink fix! Also these polishes are some of my favourites and are worn quite regularly, it's just putting them all together makes it seem too girly.

Another Autumn Polish: Barry M's Chilli.

This polish is just SO pretty, why did I leave testing Barry M's autumn collection for so long... guess we will never know.  At least it's finally been done in autumn so we'll get full use out of it right up until spring arrives. The pretty polish before your eye is Chilli by Barry M as part of the autumn collection 2014, there's more photographs of this pretty polish further on in this blog post...

October's Polish Party: Halloween...

It's been a while since the Polish Party has been participated in! Don't know why they've been missed but loved making this simple manicure that's suitable for this months theme. You'll have probably guessed it by the look of the nails, it's Halloween themed. Time to dust off the old crackle polishes and give them a whirl in deep dark Halloween colours.

Seven Polishes Perfect for Autumn.

It's almost here and it's the best time of the year, do you know what it is?! It's the season of autumn and it's the best because you get to layer up in loads of snuggly clothes so you're nice and toastie. Also autumn has all the best colours as well, they're all nice deep and rich colours, today's going to be the top picks of polishes worn this season. Come and see...

An Autumn Release: Barry M's Chai.

It's such a nice neutral colour! Even though it does look a little plain from the offset, it definitely is very elegant on the nails making it very acceptable to wear to a place of work. Sadly this isn't the case for me as it's plain nails only - a girl can dream though? Shall we move onto some more sophisticated photographs of the brilliant polish named Chai.

Barry M's Autumn Collection. (Just a few.)

Aren't these just lovely colours for autumn, not too in your face. Nice and simple, they are from the lovely Barry M as part of the Autumn collection. You may have noticed that the whole Autumn collection isn't all here, there's one missing seeing as it'll probably never be worn again so there's no need to purchase it. (That's a new mantra.) Anyway there are five others from the collection so there isn't load missing, let's get onto more photographs of these polishes.

An Autumn Release: Barry M's Cardamom.

The realisation has just hit that this is an autumn release polish yet the backdrop of these photographs relate a lot more to spring - oops! Anyway we are gathered here to talk about nail polish so let's get on to Cardamom by Barry M. This cute little polish has just been recently released as part of an autumn collection and it definitely fits the bill, it's a darker green with hints of grey running through it. Despite the fact it's not quite autumn where I am, this polish has already been worn a few times. Here's some more photographs:

Summer Throwback: Papaya by Barry M.

Technically you can call this a throwback as this colour wasn't worn in summer as it was purchased in September, yet it's been loved at the moment despite the fact it's a total summer colour. Maybe it's just because we're all wishing for summer to return? Definitely true in this case... Anyway onto yet more lovely polishes close ups:

Simple Nail Art - Three Waves!

Nail art is making an appearance! Despite it being relatively simple, it's still a current favourite. It's been heavily featured lately on instagram (found here and here) as it's easy peasy and has a fabulous effect. Only ingredients you guys need is three polishes which have a curved edge (this makes it effortless, but if you only have flat edges you'll need an additional dotting tool) that are opaque on top of each other. Then all you need to do is copy the design below, there's no brains required. If you're interested take a further look:

Lovely Muted Pastel: Elderberry by Barry M.

Despite the fact that the new ever so lovely autumn polishes have just been released by Barry M, today's post is a feature of one of the spring/summer release polishes. Elderberry has been purchased recently as there's been a hankering for pastel, supposedly because they are much calmer colours. It was a love at application polish, it appears so subtle and pretty. Here's some more photographs to prove it:

Going For Bold: Coral by Barry M

It's a Barry M polish however it's not a Gelly Hi-Shine polish today! Instead it's the regular polishes which are as good as the others but with an amazing shade range including some bright ones. This one is called Coral and it's a tad bright, different from the more pastel corals out there on the market... as you'll see in these photographs:

A Different Textured Polish: Barry M's Atlantic Road!

It's probably well known by you guys that texturized polish was heavily doubted by myself until the discovery of the Sugar Coat collection by Sally Hansen which changed all perceptions of the textured effect. Making it unbeatable and unstoppable. Barry M just might have managed to catch up with this lovely blue pastel polish, that they admittedly released a while ago but it's come to Addicted To Nails... now. Here's some of the lovely looking swatches:
