Refreshing and Lemon-y: Revlon's Sorbet.

Hopefully your eyes are still intact after seeing this vibrant yellow and orange polish! Believe it or not, this polish on your nails will grow on you as I also was in the 'this colour can't work camp'. Yet here it is on the nails! This is yet another fabulous polish from Revlon's Colourstay collection, if only it was on the British high-street. It's called Sorbet which definitely reminds you of a lovely peach and passion fruit sorbet dessert. Want another scoop? Come through for more...

Very British Muted Pink: Revlon's Vintage Rose.

It's just occurred that we've recently had another polish on the blog with Rose within the title, but I can confirm that they are completely different and lovely polishes. So don't get them mixed up or you'd be missing out on both their brilliances! Featured today is one of the Revlon Colourstay polishes that have been recently accumulated within the local Poundshops, it's a lovely muted and mature pink. There's more of it's loveliness through this way...

Back by Popular Demand: Sally Hansen's Jet Set Jade.

Sally Hansen's Insta-Dry collection is always in fashion here, seeing as they are always pretty colours and very easy to apply! Therefore when they reappeared within the local Poundshop, a few polishes just had to be 'selected for review on the blog'. Just kidding, only for my own personal polish collection. Today's polish is a lovely green and mix colour mix that's a metallic shimmer overall. It's called Jet Set Jade.

Revlon Colourstay Appearing Soon...

Well they've been appearing recently already, so this is just a little overview of the collection that I may have gone a little crazy for in the poundshops. (You've already counted all the money spent in Poundworld then?) It's Revlon's Colourstay collection which comes in a variety of colours and normally retails for £6.99. Ouch! Here's some close-ups of the polishes themselves:

Revlon Parfumerie is here!

The lovely looking and hopefully great smelling polishes from Revlon are appearing some time soon... There's been some instagram hints about these little bottles for some time now, but now they will be gracing the nails instead of just in nail polish bottle pictures. The smells range from Autumn Spice to Spun Sugar so they'll be something for everyone, shall we take a closer look?

Sparkly and Pretty: Rimmel's Luna Love

They've been found! You thought maybe I'd see less of them now that I've moved to university but they've been weaselled out - it's the poundshops. So you'll still be seeing regular updates on the little bargains which have been located, and today's no exception with Rimmel's Luna Love from the Space Dust collection. It's so sparkly and pretty.

Top Picks from... The Poundshops!

It seems that this little nail polish blog is forever going on about the bargain polishes which can be found in the Poundshops (Poundland, Poundworld, 99p Stores etc.) and raving about how brilliant they are. Yet never really picking out polishes that are favourites in their own right, instead blaming it all on the price and where it's from. So today's going to be some picks of brilliant polishes which have by coincidence come from these shops...

Mysterious Green Shimmer Polish: Rain Forest by Revlon.

Just look at the green shimmer running through this eye catching polish! It certainly caught my eye when walking round the shop, it was a see it and need to buy it experience for sure. Surprisingly this colour polish isn't a normal go-to, the colour green in my nail polish collection is definitely smaller than others. But the iridescent effect the shimmer has just had to be tried out, and here's the results:

Neon Alert: Revlon's Neon Nail Art

Neon nails seem to be the in thing at the moment, as they seem to do brilliant things to your tan - even if you haven't got one which is definitely my situation tan-wise! So seeing these cute little nail art pens up on the shelf was an opportunity not to be missed by the saver in me as they came from one of those poundshops. In addition to the fact that there's no other nail art pens in the stash yet. There probably is colours similar though, shall we find out there bright neon names? ...

Could be Similar to Pacific Blue?: Loafer Love For You by Rimmel

Pacific Blue by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear is a nail polish wonder, it's be famous ever since this little blog was started and if I was ever to pop to America this would be top of the list. However Sally Hansen has decided to reformulate there Xtreme Wear line including this one (causing a lot of outrage across the nail polish community) so it's likely Pacific Blue wont be joining the collection. Yet Rimmel's Loafer Love for You is strikingly similar and wont cost a plane ticket to pick it up.

Appearance of a Wet n Wild: First Class Only.

This is a first for this little blog channel to have a Wet n Wild, sadly it's not the current ones that I drool over through Bloglovin'. Instead it's a bargain Spoiled Wet n Wild which was picked up the ever famous Poundshops at the reduced price of 50p. (Sorry bargains are ingrained into myself...) Yet that doesn't mean it's inferior, the results came out really well as you can see here:

The Sugar Coats Return: 250 Spare A Mint?

Today's a swatch day and it's a reappearance from one of the many notorious Poundshop hauls that I've secretly been on. As well as this it's a returning favourite of mine which has been featured heavily in the past - even had a mini series found here. It's the Sugar Coat polishes!
This lovely looking teal polish is called 250 Spare A Mint? by Sally Hansen in the Sugar Coat collection. As mentioned it's teal nail polish that's a tad darker than the normal teal colours as it's more on the blue than green-ish side. It's a special effect polish due to the fact it's texturized to look like your nails have had a coating of sugar on them! Let's get onto the swatches which we are all here for:

10 Amazing Polishes in £10!

It's a brilliant way to find amazing products at the poundshops which have been springing up on the highstreet especially nail polishes. However it's not so good when they are swatched once for this little blog and then disappear forever into the stash never to be seen again. So today's going to be the 10 makeup products in £10 tag but with a little Addicted to nails... twist:
It's going to be 10 polishes which add up to exactly £10 seeing as 90% of these chosen polishes were purchased in the poundshops! Except one which came from a local 99p shop instead. Just to say this post isn't bragging about the bargains which have been claimed and also doesn't mean you should all run out and spend all you hard earn pennies in the poundshops either. Okay? Here we go:

Nail Polish Haul: Overload...

Firstly there's a warning at the start of this post as it's quite photograph heavy. Additionally these polishes weren't all purchased on the same day, not even the same week, they were purchased over about two/three-ish months. (They were meant to be about three posts but that never happened) So don't freak out if you think I've broken the bank... But basically this post is a little haul of polishes from a range of different places over a great deal of time. Here we go:
S006 Tattle Tell, S050 First Class Only, S013 Fizzy Dice and S033 Vitamin C - Spoiled by Wet n Wild. These lovelies came in pairs from Poundworld making them a steal at 50p each.

Quick Post: Sally Hansen's Check, Please!

It's just a flying post today. However it's about a new nail polish technique that has never been used by myself although it's be purchased... It's Sally Hansen's Salon Effects which are peel off nail stickers and the design is a checked design as given away by the name Check, Please! Here it is:

Another little shopping haul in the infamous £1 shops...

It's become largely apparent that when I go out shopping for the day or afternoon, that the time spent in the £1 shops is too great it's becoming abnormal. Really should cut down on time spent in here, what do you guys think about £1 shops? Do you like my hauls and polishes feature from £1 shops? But need some opinions from you guys before they get cut completely! Anyway onto the post, here's what was snapped up from the £1 shops on my last visit as well as some polishes from another store - shocking that I ventured else where.

A Blast From The Past: MNY 445 and 447

Good morning readers! Hope you are all well this lovely day, this mood I am in is too happy for my normal self. The reason for this happiness has yet to be established... Just whittling down some more loved but not yet shown to you guys polishes today. They are a slight blast from the nail polish collection past as they are the first ever polishes bought from a pound shop. From then I've been addicted to purchasing polishes from these shops!
These polishes were chosen from the pound shop seeing as they are from the brand Maybelline, instead of brands which you've never even heard of inside the pound shop. Sadly these don't have really call names like Maybelline polishes do now, they are called 445 and 447. Let's start with 445:

Twitter like polish - Out of the Blue by Rimmel.

In addition to the fact that my work hours have tripled at the moment, I am sadly also suffering from blogger's block (if that's a thing?) which means making a blog takes much longer than it's suppose to! Hopefully this little phase will blow over soon. Anyway on to the reason for posting - nail polish.
Today's polish reminded me greatly of the social networking site twitter seeing as I thought the colour was similar (this may be wrong as I am not a twitter user) therefore the background was chosen to match. It's called 644 Out of the Blue by Rimmel in the 60 seconds collection, the colour is a dark colour however not so far as navy blue. Quite bright and it's a crème with no glitter or metallic effects.

Bright and Sunny: Sally Hansen's Man-Go Team!

Starting posts is always a pain, so instead of sitting here staring at the screen for all eternity I thought I'd mumble on about the downsides of writing posts meaning that the post would have an introduction... Oh and hello to you lovely readers also would be nice to say also! Insta-Dry has been very successful in my little nail polish stash therefore if another one is spotted in a colour which is bold and bright, it must be bought. This polish was no exception to that rule.
It's rather bright but it's a good colour from first appearances. It's similar to the brightness of orange juice however not quite as orange in colour - if that makes any sense at all. The name of this polish is 30 Man-Go Team! by Sally Hansen in the Insta-Dry collection, so let's give it a first coat test.

GOT Challenge: Pastel

Hello, it's that time of the week again! But it's going to be rather a quick post seeing as I've got to go out again in just a moment - sorry. Today's theme is pastel which is quite surprising that it's gone so well as normally these colours aren't picked first when buying. However today has three very complimentary colours:
The names of these lovely polishes are; 503 Mind The Gap, Victoria by Rimmel 60 Seconds, 145 Porceline Pink by Maybelline Forever Strong and 320 Blue Sky by NYC in a minute. When planning this little post it was decided seeing as the last few that I could remember were basic colours, I'd add some spots on to the nails at the end!
